Our range of Cafe Cakes are 11" or 9" diameter and can come fully finished or ready to finish.

Dark Rich Chocolate Cake

A decadant chocolate experience. Fully finished 11" Chocolate Cake. These cakes can be marked for cutting into 16, 14 or 12 pieces. However, cut into 20 it would still provide an ample piece of cake for catering.

Gourmet Carrot Cake

This fully finished 11" Carrot Cake is a moist cake with walnuts and pineapple and spice. It is iced with delicious cream cheese icing and topped with walnuts and citrus peel for zing and colour.

Traditional Banana Cake

Beautifully finished 11" banana cake with a lemon icing. All 11" cafe cakes are filled in the centre with a layer of icing to add to mouthwatering enjoyment

Orange and Yoghurt Cake

Want something simple but moorish? Fully finished 11" Orange and yoghurt Cake topped and filled with cream cheese icing.

Chocolate Mousse Cake

Soft Chocolate mousse layered between melt-in-the-mouth chocolate sponge. A superb dessert or delicious cake.9"

Black Forest Gateaux

A truely decadant experience. Delicious marachino cherries and chocolate gateaux beautifully decorated with shaved chocolate and cherries. 9"

Apple Lattice Pie

A family favourite to be eaten at any time. An apple filled pie with an attractive lattice top. 9"

Apple Strudel

Light flakey pastry wrapped over a filling of spicey apple and sultanas. It can be served hot or cold and can be fully finished with a light icing or just dusted in icing sugar. 1/2 strudel 12" full strudel 24"

Lemon Meringue Pie

Better than grandma made. A pie filled with lemon curd topped high with fluffy meringue. 9"

Strawberry Cheesecake

Sweet pastry base, cheese cake filling then topped with whipped cream and fruit. Can be purchased finished or ready to finish.9"

Vanilla Sponge (with fresh cream)

Chocolate Log

Truely wonderfully presented. A chocolate sponge roll filled with fresh cream and then topped with gnache and decorated to look just like a log. Wow! 12" or 24". This can also be made in white chocolate with vanilla sponge.

Ring Cakes

Bakers Harvest also produces three varieties of smaller ring cake ideal for selling as whole cakes. Flavours are Rich Dark Chocolate, Gourmet Carrot Cake and Traditional Banana Cake.
