Slices
Bakers Harvest Ltd produces a wide range of slices from traditional Apple Shortcake to rich American Brownie.
Apple Shortcake
A simple apple filling layered between shortcake pastry. Can be served cold or warm, as a dessert or with coffee.
Apricot Shortcake
Similar to the Apple Shortcake but with the tartness or apricots. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm with ice cream or yoghurt as a simple dessert or for the wow factor plate the slice, add a dob of cream and drizzle apricot coulis over. Yum
Apricot Melt
Add apricot pieces and filling to a shortcake crust and then top with crumbled shortcake and you have a simple slice with excellent eye appeal. Can be served cold or warm. For added appeal dust with icing sugar and serve with an interesting yoghurt.
Caramel Slice
Probably better than your Mum made. Chocolate base, caramel filling and topped with chocolate icing.
Custard Slice
Who doesn't like custard slice when its this good. Light crunch pastry, filled with creamy custard, topped with more pastry then iced with sweet vanilla icing.
Ginger Oaty Slice
Crunchy, full of goodness and flavour. Oats, nuts, fruit and ginger icing to top.
Lemon Louise Slice
A coconutty slice with the zing of lemon.
Chocolate fudge slice
A combination of biscuit crumb, fruit and chocolate makes this moist slice very moorish. It is iced with chocolate icing and crushed walnuts.
Coconut Rough slice
Coconut blended with chocolate icing and topped onto a chocolate coconut biscuit base makes this delicious.
Coffee Walnut slice
This slice is 3 layers. The first is a light fudge style biscuit base, the second is a rich coffee cream and the third is a coffee icing topped with walnuts. What a coffee explosion!
Raspberry Slice
An old fashioned slice thats a favourite. Sweet pastry layered with raspberry jam and topped with rasperry icing. What a sweet treat.
Ginger Crunch
A traditional favourite cut into triangles for extra appeal. A ginger base with a creamy ginger icing.

A rich chewy brownie that will keep them coming back for more. Or to be decadent, warm and pour over fudge sauce and add a dob of cream. Too die for!
Chocolate Caramel
This chocolate caramel is a little richer, cut into triangles and covered with real chocolate.
Chocolate Rush
For chocoholics! You'll get a chocolate rush from this one. Chocolate biscuit base, topped with chocolate toffee and finished with dark and white chocolate drizzle.
Chocolate Orange - Jaffa
All those jaffa lovers will enjoy this. Chocolate biscuit base, orange cream in the centre then covered with rich dark chocolate. A prettty pattern to add the pizzazz.
Chocolate Peppermint slice
A crunchy chocolate fudge biscuit base with a peppermint cream centre and topped with rich dark chocolate. Swirling pattern for eye appeal.
Kahlua Cream Slice
